Welcome to the all new site of
the studio for AUDIOandMIDI.com and Brad Lyons, Sr. Sales Engineer and
Product Specialist for Sweetwater. Back in October of 2007 I started the
quest to convert my garage into a private studio for not only my own
personal recording projects, but as a laboratory to take the latest gear
home to test in my own professional studio environment. Three
rooms comprise the new studio being a Control Room wired for 5.1
Surround Mixing to Picture, a Drum Room and a Vocal/ISO room for VO,
Overdubs and Lead tracking. Equipped with a Sweetwater Creation
Station Rack PC and a Digidesign ProTools HD3 Accel as well as some of
the best microphones and pre-amps available, this small studio packs a
might punch in terms of professional audio quality.
